About these terms
These terms apply when you use the Few Days Vietnam website or ask us to plan a trip. By submitting an enquiry or booking a planning call, you agree to them.
Planning & quotes
Itineraries and prices we share are proposals based on the information you give us and on availability at the time. Prices, routes, and availability can change until a trip is confirmed. Nothing is booked until you confirm in writing and any required deposit is paid.
Bookings & third parties
We arrange trips using carefully selected local operators, cruises, hotels, guides, and transport providers. Those services are delivered by the providers themselves and may be subject to their own terms and conditions, which we will share where relevant.
Payments, changes & cancellations
Deposit, payment, change, and cancellation terms depend on the specific operators and accommodation in your itinerary. We set these out clearly in your trip confirmation before you commit.
Travel responsibility
You are responsible for valid travel documents (including visas), appropriate travel insurance, and meeting any health requirements for Vietnam. We're happy to advise, but it remains your responsibility to ensure you are ready to travel.
